With this set not only will you be adding style to your dining table, but also making sure you are prepared for every eventuality. All pieces are stamped on the underside of the handle of the spoons and forks with ROBERTS & BELK LTD 35m mark and on the blades with the ROBERTS & BELK LTD FURNIVAL WORKS SHEFFIELD ENGLAND mark. All knives have superior quality silver plated hollow handles that are attached to world famous. This is a vintage set of cutlery that has been used and does have some signs of wear on the edge of the bowls on the dessert spoons and teaspoons and some surface marks on the rest of the pieces but has recently been polished so is clean and ready to use. The wooden cutlery case is in lovely condition with just a few tiny marks on the outside. Checking through the set I note that 2 teaspoons are smaller than the other six, there are 8 extra dessert forks by another maker in the same pattern as the dessert forks in the set are showing signs of wear on the end of the fork prongs and 3 of the pastry forks are made by Mappin & Webb but are still in the kings pattern.
