All pieces are stamped on the underside of the handles of the spoons and forks with the T. TURNER & CO LTD SHEFFIELD ENGLAND mark, and on the blades with the BY APPOINTMENT THOMAS TURNER & CO CUTLERS TO THE LATE KING GEORGE V mark. All knives feature silver-plated hollow handles attached to Sheffield stainless steel blades. This is a vintage set of cutlery that shows the normal signs of use. The wooden box has some marks but has done a good job protecting its contents. The fish eaters appear to have been used more frequently and have some signs of wear.
