Hello, my dear customers! I will be out of the country from May 7th to May 21st. Please keep this in mind! Antique Silver Plate Three Piece British Tea Set by Walker & Hall Sheffield c. Presented is an antique British silverplated 3-piece tea set consisting of a teapot, open sugar, and milk jug created in about 1919 – 1920. The set’s design seems to reflect a transition from the British Liberty style to the emerging Art Deco style. The combination of geometric surfaces with ornate handles creates a beautiful, stylish impression. The date letter “b” seems to indicate the year of 1919. See “silvercollection. It” for Walker and Hall silverware. “- Letter “b seen on the blade of a set of knives bearing sterling silver ferrule hallmarked Sheffield 1919. The set is in excellent for its age condition. There are no damage or repairs, the plate has no losses and no deep tarnishings. The teapot is 7″tall to the top of the finial, 9″ long from spout to handle.
