All pieces are stamped on the underside of the handle with the RD 359947 MADE IN ENGLAND GH HERITAGE PLATE A1 mark. And on the blades with the REID & SONS LTD NEWCASTLE ON TYNE mark. All knives have superior quality silver plated hollow handles that are attached to world famous Sheffield stainless steel blades. This is a vintage set of cutlery that has the normal signs of use. It has been recently polished so is clean and ready to use. The wooden box does have a few marks on the outside and but has done a super job protecting its contents.
