Art Deco French Silver Plate 2 Piece Modernist Cocktail Shaker. Potfer. 1920’s
This handsome large 2 piece silver plated cocktail shaker which is by renowned French silversmith Eugene Potfer of Paris dates from the early 20th century and has a wonderful modernist design with a cup style top section. This high quality shaker that is a large size feels heavy in the hand and has a handsome Art Deco monogram to the front. This shaker would make a great addition to a home bar collection or ideal for use in a hotel or bar. Date: Early 20th century. Marked: Maker’s mark for Potfer. Dimensions: 10 cm (4) Diameter. 24.5 cm (9 1/2) Height. Condition: Excellent used antique condition with signs of use in keeping with age. The inside is in good clean condition.
