A thin cylindrical handle stem attachs to the hand carved, mother of pearl, figural fish serving end. Said end is relatively flat with a slight bow in its middle and starts to round towards the exterior sides. Intricately detailed representation of the fish with distinct scales, fins, face area, and a flipper. Decorative lathe-turned handle tip. Measures 9 7/8 Long. Serving end measures approximately 3″ L x 2 1/2″ W. A tiny slice of the first (closest to face) lower fin is missing otherwise the thin and delicate MOP material is fantastic.
