All knives have superior quality silver plated hollow handles that are attached to stainless steel blades. This is a lovely set of vintage cutlery that has the normal signs of use. The wooden box does have some marks as per the photos but has done a great job protecting its contents. Checking through the set I note that a couple of dessert spoons have different makers marks on them but are still in the same matching Dubarry design.
