This beautiful set is in used but in our opinion mint condition. There is age related wear, but no discoloration or significant scratches. This item comes in. Case which is in stunning condition. The set includes a sterling silver grapefruit knife which is localized at the first position of the left side of the bottom level of the canteen (the drawer). The silver hallmarks are clearly visible on the photos. Dimensions of the canteen: 41 x 31,5 x 16 cm The drawer’s handle is not included in the depth dimension. This silver-plated cutlery set is a collection of cutlery from several Sheffield producers. Generally, the vast majority comes from the P. Bros factory (most forks, spoons and teaspoons). Table knives come from the N. All knives (except fish knives with silver-plated blades, which is very rare), according to the silver-plated cutlery standard, have high-quality stainless steel blades (which – these blades – are not silver-plated). All handles are silver plated (except for the grapefruit knife with Sterling Silver handle). Someone rose to the challenge to collect such a large 6-person wide cutlery set consisting of 70 pieces, allowing it to be used for appetizer, main course and dessert. I bought a ready-made set in an antique shop. However, the time has come to change its owner. Maybe it will work well in your home? It is not proper to give someone a used item as a wedding gift.
