Offered a Stunning Silver plated tazza Depicting Neoclassical theme of Poseidon Greek God of the Sea. The Tazza Has gilded top with Poseidon hold a trident aiming it at two lovers, amidst a chaotic sea scene with dolphins, cherubs and couples in erotic embraces. To the underside again richly cast with cherubs and mythical beasts adorning the boarder with vignettes of women in reclining pose. The Stem again richly cast with rams heads masks, reclining maidens and howling wind mask. Unmarked but in the manner of Elkington. Measures height 5″1/2 or 140mm, diameter at top 7″ or 180mm.
