Antique 24 Piece Sterling Silver Handled Tea Knife And Fork Set Art Deco Style
For sale is a 1920s art deco style 24 Piece Sterling Silver Handled Tea Knife And Fork Set in fitted wooden canteen box. In good vintage condition with some wear in keeping with age and use. Some surface wear and light knocks to the silver handles in places and on one or two a gap has formed between the handle and tines/blade. The box is generally good – just the knife retainers to the top section (those stored in the lid) have worn so the knives do not all keep to their individual slots (see image 8). No key for the box. The handles are all hallmarked for Sheffield 1921 and maker GH. The tines/blades are rustless steel. Knives measure 170mm and the forks 145mm long. My items are all used, vintage or antique and so will have signs of usage and wear from a past life. As always, please view the images to help judge condition.
