EPNS A1 (Electro Plated Nickel Silver – Highest Quality). 84 Piece Set Consists of. With this set not only will you be adding style to your dining table, but also making sure you are prepared for every eventuality. All pieces are stamped on the underside of the handle of the spoons and forks with the BUTLER EPNS A1 ENGLAND mark. The knives are made the traditional way with superior quality hollow handles that are silver plated and blades which are made from world famous Sheffield Steel which are marked with the GEORGE BUTLER & CO ART SHEFFIELD ENGLAND Logo. This is a vintage set of cutlery that has the normal signs of use. It has been in storage for a while so will need a polish before you use it for the first time as I have only cleaned the place setting in the photo. The wooden box is made by Arthur Price and has a few marks but has done a super job protecting its contents and has enough extra spaces to hold up to 12 place settings. Checking through the set I not that 2 table spoons and 1 dessert spoons do have some marks on the inside of the bowls. In addition to the items shown in this listing, I do have more sets of cutlery.
