All knives have superior quality silver plated hollow handles that are attached to world famous Sheffield stainless steel blades. This is a vintage set of cutlery that has been used and therefore will show signs of this and will need a good polish. The wooden box does have a few marks on the outside but has done a great job protecting its contents. Its a good compact size which will make it easy to store.
