NEWBRIDGE Canteen Of KINGS design Silver Service Cutlery 44 Piece. Kings was designed by Henry and John Lias on commission from King George III, hence the name. Kings is steeped in heritage. Based on the honeysuckle flower and shell, it is perhaps the most famous pattern in the world. Newbridge Silverware’s E. S cutlery collection is distinguished by wonderful craftsmanship, detailed finishes and superb quality materials making it an ideal gift for those who appreciate the finer things in life. This quality cutlery set from Newbridge and is of very good weight. Its a compact 6 place setting and presented in a solid wooden canteen. The canteen is in overall good condition with a few age related marks. The red inner is also in good condition with wear inline with age so not perfect so please bear in mind. The Cutlery is vintage and used so some pieces are heavily tarnished but this will polish out and look very good once done. I have a selection of canteens for sale from my personal collection.
