With this set not only will you be adding style to your dining table, but also making sure you are prepared for every eventuality. All pieces are stamped on the underside of the handle of the spoons and forks with A1 DIXON mark and on the blades with the JAMES DIXON & SONS LTD SHEFFIELD mark. All knives have superior quality silver plated hollow handles that are attached to world famous Sheffield stainless steel blades. This is an antique set of cutlery that looks like it has only been used a few times and in my opinion, is in excellent condition. It has been in storage for a while so will benefit from a polish before you use it for the first time as I have previously stated it has been in storage. The superb solid wooden canteen has a solid silver plaque on top does the canteen does have a few marks on the outside but has done a great job protecting its contents and the inner is in very good condition. You have the fabulous original key which still works perfectly. The canteen is 3 section with lift up lid and 2 drawers.
